What types of ceramic substrates do you offer, and which is best for high-power semiconductor applications?
We specialize in Al₂O₃ (96% & 99.6%), AlN (Aluminum Nitride), and Si₃N₄ (Silicon Nitride) substrates. For high-power chips (e.g., SiC/GaN devices or IGBTs), AlN is ideal due to its excellent thermal conductivity (170–200 W/mK) and electrical insulation. We can help select the right material based on your power density, thermal budget, and cost targets.
Can you meet tight dimensional tolerances and surface flatness requirements for chip bonding?
Yes. Our standard thickness tolerance is ±0.03 mm, and we achieve surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μm after polishing—suitable for direct bonding (DBC, AMB) or die-attach. For advanced packaging, we support custom tolerances down to ±0.01 mm with full SPC process control and inspection reports (including flatness via interferometry).
